Terms of Sale
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms cover buying art on The Favor Collective and on every artist's site. By buying, you agree to them. We've tried to keep them short and plain.
Who you’re buying from
Each piece is sold by the artist who made it. The Favor Collective is run by Constantine Consulting LLC. We build and run the websites and process payments for the artists, but the artist is the seller and is responsible for the piece, its description, and getting it to you.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. The price shown on the piece is the price of the artwork. Shipping, if you choose it, is added at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. You’ll land on a thank-you page, and Stripe may email you a receipt.
Supporting the Collective
Each artist chooses a share of their artwork price, from 0 to 30%, that supports The Favor Collective and its free websites for artists. When an artist has chosen a share, the piece page says so, for example “10% of this sale supports The Favor Collective.” It doesn’t change what you pay. The rest goes to the artist, after the card processing fee.
Original art
Originals are one of a kind. When you start checkout, we hold the piece for you for about 30 minutes so no one else can buy it at the same time. If checkout isn’t finished, it becomes available again.
Delivery and shipping
- Local pickup or delivery in the Upstate is free. The artist will reach out to arrange it, using the email and phone number you gave at checkout.
- Insured shipping in the US is offered on some pieces for the price shown. The estimate is 5 to 10 business days. The artist packs and ships the piece.
- We can only ship to addresses in the United States.
If something goes wrong with delivery, contact the artist first. If you can’t reach them, email us and we’ll help.
Returns and refunds
See our Refund and Return Policy.
About the art
Artists describe their own work, including sizes, materials, and condition. Colors can look a little different on screens. Buying a piece gives you the physical artwork. The artist keeps the copyright, so buying doesn’t give you the right to make or sell copies.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site running and accurate, but it’s provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Constantine Consulting LLC’s responsibility for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
